2024 will be a very big year for Burrows Island Light Station.

We're gaining momentum. The US Coast Guard has largely completed their remediation work. The Keeper's quarters has a new roof, new gutters and drains. Work is progressing on window rehab and reconstruction. Interior repairs and painting continue. Building systems are being assessed to determine next steps. Volunteer sare heading out and working multiple times a month, and others are doing chores for the station in their homes and on the road.
